Q.  How much do you charge for lawn cuts?  

A.  All yards are different therefore pricing varies. Pricing depends mainly on yard size.  Sometimes other factors affect pricing such as grade of yard , amount of trimming , access to yard, parking availability, & location of property in relation to other properties on the maintenance route.  Lastly, if a customer chooses to have maintenance visits more frequently the price per lawn cut is usually reduced.  For example a townhouse on a 2 week cutting cycle will usually range from about $25-35 per visit.     

Q.  How often do you schedule Lawn Cuts? 
 
A.  Maintenance visits are usually every 10 days to 14 days depending on customer preference.   Most  investment properties are set up on a 2 week cutting cycle.
  Actual & predicted weather may affect the cutting schedule at times, therefore the cutting cycle may sometimes be off a day or two.  During the early growing months customers may choose to have weekly visits until the grass growing begins to slow down.   

Q.  Do you accept credit cards?

A.  In addition to check or money order, WJ Toner accepts "Paypal" which allows you to use credit card.
"Paypal" allows you to sign up free and make payments via an email address.  When using "Paypal"  you can send to the email address: bill@wjtoner.com .  It is helpful to include the invoice number(s) and or the property addresses with your "Paypal" payment in the message area.           
 
Q.  How do I get a free lawn cut when I refer someone?

A. When someone you refer to us becomes an established customer (usually within 1 month), you
will receive a free regular maintenance cut & trim.  Just be sure to ask that person to
mention who referred them. 

Q.  How does the grass cut discount work?

A. When you receive an invoice from your latest lawn visit, you then have the option to pre-pay for any additional visits at a discounted price.  
 Since prepaying eliminates time spent with mailing invoices & other accounting issues, the savings is passed onto the customer.  The discount for prepaying for future lawn visits is 10 percent.  Once each prepaid lawn visit is completed you will receive a receipt including the date of service marked "PAID".  If for some reason you discontinue before the prepaid lawn visits are completed you would be refunded or credited any difference.      
            
Q.  How do you bill?

A. Invoices for lawn cuts are generally emailed monthly unless you prefer paper.  We ask remittance to be made within two weeks of receiving invoices.  Since we do not make you sign a contract for lawn service up front like most service providers, larger jobs are usually billed individually.
